Let's take a look at some of the weight and specs between the Rainier and Radian models.

We can see that the Radians are all near identical across the board in weights and sizes, with the 3R offering a lower weight capacity for Rear Facing and Booster Capacity. All three car seats also offer the additional feature of allowing you to fit up to 3 car seats across, huge plus for the growing family.

The Rainier on the other hand, offers a few more differences between the two models. The obvious difference is that 2AXT offers a booster option while the 2AX does not. The larger frames also mean that only two Rainier car seats can fit across.

Now to some of the additional features between the five car seats.

The 3RXT and 2AXT premium options include an additional 12-Position adjustable head support. With a larger design, both Rainier models also offer Deeper side walls for extra coverage.
